Ugly dress Award on The Bold and the Beautiful

We don't know if it was something they were striving for but this dress would win the ugly dress of the week award.  Did the writers, directors and producers intentionally find the ugliest dress they could and a terrible hair style to try and dim the beauty of  this actress?  


This whole thing was very confusing for me and it seemed like she was in this dress for day.  The Bold and the Beautiful is a soap about a clothes designing family. This character is a model for this clothes designer. She should never be in an ugly dress. What were they thinking?
