COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME MEMBER BONNIE BROWN DIES AT 77

Bonnie Brown Bonnie Brown Ring, one- third of one of Country  Music’s most enduring  family groups as a member  of The Browns, passed  away earlier today (July 16 )  at Baptist Hospital in Little  Rock, Arkansas following  complications from lung  cancer. She was 77 years  old. Born July 31, 1938 in Sparkman, Arkansas, Brown  became enamored wit h music at an early age thanks to the exposure  she had to it from watching her older siblings, Maxine and  James Edward. The two performed together, earning a hit in  1954 with “Looking Back To See.” Upon her graduation from  high school, Bonnie joined her siblings, expanding their duet  into a trio. They began performing together on  The  Louisiana Hayride  on KWKH in  Shreveport, which led to appearances on  ABC-TV’s Ozark Jubilee. Chet Atkins and  RCA came calling soon after, and the  Browns found themselves on the chart  with hits such as “I Take The Chance” and  “I Heard The Blue

Gig Michaels  Just one day before his birthday, Gig Michaels continues to fight for his life in ICU in a North Carolina hospital.  His family and his tour manager are with him.  Please continue to lift him up in prayer.  If you feel like you need to be doing something more for him, please feel free to order CD's (there are 6 of them to choose from,) download them at CD BABY ,   iTunes or Amazon , order merchandise and share, share, share his music.  Listen to what he says at the beginning of this song in this music video.  He is such a great guy.  His family would like to request privacy at this time while they deal with this medical crisis but they have agreed to give regular updates so the friends and fans can be informed.   Prayers are being requested by his band mates, family and friends for a full recovery.  Swamp da Wamp recently released their CD, “That Easy,” and Michaels had been heavily promoting the CD until his illness. Angel Mary & the Tennessee Werewolves have Fairy Tale Fun with 'Ramblin'

The band Angel Mary & the Tennessee Werewolves have released a music video that features several much loved Fairy Tales from our childhood like 'Alice in Wonderland, Snow White and Little Red Riding Hood.'  The music video really illustrates how imaginative the band truly is as they actually created the story-line and produced the video with the help of some very talented folks and special guests.   If you have viewed some of their previous music videos you may have noticed some familiar faces as the recurring theme is that the special guests remain the same.  You will see cameo's from William Lee Golden, Robert Reynolds, Doug Phelps and Nashville clothes designer Manuel.  DJ Captain Jack from Renegade Radio is also present and playing a role that was seemingly made for him.   These folks are big supporters of AMTW and show it by appearing in their projects.   The band tells us that this music video was filmed over a course of several days shot between rain storms

Lots of talented folks contributed to the making of this video from costume designers to video technicians. The video features AMTW rocking custom clothing designed and provided by Elydjah Design of Paris, France and Bootights, USA. The ‘Ramblin,’ music video will premiere this month on GAC, Heartland, The Phil Mack International Country Show
