Little River Band starts a Fund Raiser to help the Animals trying to survive Hurricane Harvey
Little River Band created a fund raiser to try and help raise funds for Wildlife and Domestic Animals in Houston, Texas. Everyone can see devastation by just turning on their TV's. The Red Cross and many other organizations are taking care of people that are in need in Houston. The animals are going to need help as well. When the band was doing research regarding organizations and not for profits that help animals in Houston, they ran across Harvey the Hurricane Hawk and TWRC Wildlife Center . Harvey the Hurricane Hawk Harvey the Hurricane Hawk Harvey is a hawk that dodge the winds of the hurricane by flying into a local cab in Houston. The cab driver let him stay a day or two. Then he safely delivered Harvey into the skilled hands of someone who works for the TWRC Wildlife Center in Houston.
